Our Plan

We follow a two pronged strategy which is as follows.

1- Education Scholarships for Underprivileged Children:
We aim to not only provide underprivileged children with education but with the PREMIUM QUALITY education available in the city. We offer them with improved life opportunities and choices that will have a transformational impact on their lives and the lives of the communities around them.

We follow a simple four step plan:

- Identify children who cannot afford education with the help of a specialized criteria
- Provide entry test preparation classes for admission in ‘premium private schools’
- Secure admissions in schools as their guardians and fund all their education related expenses
- Mentor them and their parents throughout their journey

Currently we have four children enrolled in quality private schools.
2- Teacher Efficiency System (TES)

We have developed a contextualized school management system based on the world famous 'Teaching as Leadership' model specially designed for low income schools. This system includes teaching techniques and teacher evaluation system. This system ensures that each and every second spent at school is utilized for increasing student learning.
We conduct special training to explain the system for the school administration. Then we make sure the system is being implemented by making special visits regularly throughout the first year after the training.

We have currently trained the administration of four branches of Behbud Education System.
